Wow - sounds exciting. I look forward to the changes! Looks like I will be learning a lot from your blog in the future. (and trust me, I need all the help I can get!)

Thanks!

WOW, I haven't been here in some time... I like like new look! The site has a fresher, cleaner feel to it. Not bad.. I use the Thesis theme by Chris Pearson. You know, this was one of the first blogs a stumbled upon, by the way not because of "Stumble Upon," right before I began to purse my own blogging journey. I'll never forget it! :)

Chris,
I will still engage in the debate of ideas, but not the debate of personalities. I hope no one takes offense to this, but my foray this year into the Ron Paul campaign was an extreme distraction from my true purpose in life, and it is time for me to get back on track. I wish all the people well, but I have no desire to dwell upon political B.S. It was a mistake for me. It isn't my area to excel. I can't handle the lies, corruption, and character assassination without turning negative. I just had to walk away in body, mind, and spirit.

I have to admit I share your views on political conversations. When someone talks to me about politics I tend to get the feeling that I'm hearing a recorded message from my senator or a TV news program rather than interacting with a human being. I feel much more interested in learning about the person I'm talking to than hearing how they recite what they've learned in the media. And, as you say, no area of life seems to inspire more negativity in people.
